Another Christian Church Goes Up In Pakistan
January 31, 2017; Dijkot City, Pakistan
Through the efforts of UNTCI’s Missions Representative to Pakistan, Reverend Babar Kamran, his ministry team, and their relentless pursuit of the “Last, Lost, and Least” around them in a land where very often you find whole villages that have never heard of Christ Jesus; a new Christian Church is being built.
“Life Giving Church” is the name it is given as it is now taking shape in a small village outside the city of Dijkot called Sir Shameer Chak. The church started in response to Reverend Babar’s ministry team being invited into the village to minister to a small group of believers and curious. Answering the invitation to preach and to lead them in worship led to a “house” church being started and within a very short time, the gathering was regularly too large for even the largest homes in the village. Now, 30 families are donating time and effort working 4 brick kilns to get their church built.
We praise God for His revealing Himself to the families of Sir Shameer Chak, and the moving of His there for His glory. We also give thanks for our Brother Babar Kamran and his team of faithful, who are on fire for the Lord and His worship!
