Rev. Fred Akello is a long-time member of UNTCI and Graduate of TECU who has been doing ministry under the coverage of The United New Testament Church, Int. in the Bondo area of Kenya for years.
He is responsible for the creation of the UNTCI Kenya Fellowship, organizing and sharing means between the small independent churches and ministers in the area as well as organizing the successful Distance Seminary Intensive that produced 12 Bachelor level Graduates who were ordained and joined the Fellowship.
Pastor Fred is making a special plea to the Fellowship for his children. First, for enough funding to have a small Christmas with his children, to purchase them clothes, shoes, and take them out to lunch.
Second, He is seeking help with the cost of medication for his daughter Karen (in pink) who suffers from Sickle Cell and requires monthly doses of life saving / pain relieving medication that must be administered at the clinic. The cost of the medicine is about $50 USD.
Karen was diagnosed last year (2017) with the anemia after being in long-time pain, lethargic, and unable to eat. UNTCI helped with the cost of her hospitalization, treatment, and testing, however the long-term care costs are not within our budget at this time.
As Brother Fred is asking for help, we at UNTCI would like to suggest and encourage that someone or someone’s organization or ministry provide monthly support for Karen’s medications as a Sponsor.
Please consider a gift in support of this Man of God and his Family. Bless him that he might continue to bless others even more.
