Please be advised that today (4/11/2013) the Ministry Offices will be closing early at 10:30 AM Central to allow volunteer staffers to safely pick up their children from area schools and take cover before the severe weather predicted for our area arrives. Since our area was severely affected by the tornadoes of 2011, we have internally adopted a BSTS – “Better Safe Than Sorry” policy regarding severe weather forecasts our area.
Be advised this means no mail will be picked up from our offices today, as we will actually be closed during our regular pick-up time. Â We do, however, have volunteers scheduled to come in tomorrow to manage outgoing mail. We apologize for any inconvenience.
