!We’re so excited, and we can’t wait to spend this special time-out-of-time with you. The goal of every Annual Conference is fellowship, and we will be uniquely able to enjoy that unspeakable miracle of fellowship this year.
This year’s venue is amazing – The Hilton DoubleTree Huntsville-South is an all-suites hotel that was fully remodeled just a few short months ago. We’ll all have our own living rooms to visit with one another between programs, or just stretch out and relax with God. Our group rate is incredibly affordable at just $99 per night – for a suite! Be sure to book your room via the link below, as the ministry is responsible to book a certain amount of rooms with our contract. If we fall short, we will be responsible for paying for them. There are a handful of our rooms left, so be sure to book your room online today – you won’t need to pay until you arrive on October 11th.
We will be awarding Ordination Certificates and Stoles, as well as Certificates of Completion for Prerequisite Courses, Ministry Certifications and of course Diplomas and Stoles for Graduates. If you have completed any of these, or are scheduled to complete these before December 31st, this is your event!Â
